These Terms govern use of zealfinds.com and, once checkout is enabled, orders placed with Zeal Finds.
These terms are published for launch preparation. The operator’s final legal name, registration number, mailing address and verified payment details must be added before checkout is activated.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be able to enter a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
2. Store information and product listings
We try to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, compatibility, colors and images. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can affect appearance. Material product limitations or fulfillment details known to us will be disclosed before purchase.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before order submission where the systems determine them. Payments will be processed by the payment methods shown at checkout; we do not accept payment through unofficial links or personal wallet addresses.
4. Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for an evident pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, address limitation, legal restriction or inability to fulfill. If payment has been captured for a canceled item, we will refund it.
5. Shipping and delivery
The Shipping Policy is part of these Terms. We will ship within the time stated or, if none is stated, within 30 days. If we cannot do so, we will provide the legally required delay notice and choice to consent or receive a refund for the unshipped item.
6. Returns and refunds
The Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, timing and the authorization process. Nothing in these Terms excludes a non-waivable consumer right.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and information submitted through your account. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, scrape protected systems, submit fraudulent orders or use the site in violation of law.
8. Intellectual property
The Zeal Finds name, original site design, text and brand assets are owned by or licensed to the store operator. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners. No content may be reused in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or ownership.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability limitations do not apply where prohibited, including for rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Governing terms
The store is operated from Azerbaijan. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without removing mandatory consumer protections available to a customer in the United States. A dispute should first be raised through customer care so both sides can seek a practical resolution.
11. Changes and contact
